Dyer has completed the concept design for a new for a new 300K sq m Transport Interchange and mixed use development in Ekaterinburg Russia. The site is perfectly located at the interface of the metro, tram and train stops and has great panoramic visibility from the adjacent major highway. The development provides a new bus terminal and consists of 115K sq m of retail and entertainment centre, 48.5K sqm of office, a 4 star hotel, 6K sq m open market, 2500 car parking spaces and an ‘urban’ park.
