Dyer was appointed for the redevelopment of the industrial land plot with the first phase of the project accommodating 575 apartments.

Working to the client’s overall vision for an ‘exemplary’ new cosmopolitan residential building for this historic City site adjacent to listed historic buildings. With access from the main boulevard, the new composition of street front and garden buildings form part of a multi-phased development sub-divided into three construction stages providing 50,000m² of luxury apartments and residential lounge spaces with ground floor retail and flexible offices looking into the private garden.
