After over a year Dyer was appointed for the redevelopment of the former Slava land plot near Beloruskaya Station in Central Moscow the first phase of the project accommodating 575 apartments reached the AGR approval from Chief Architect of Moscow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working to the client\u2019s overall vision for an \u2018exemplary\u2019 new cosmopolitan residential building for this historic City site adjacent to listed historic buildings from the Stalin era on one of Moscow\u2019s most prolific avenues the Leningradsky prospect. With access from both Leningradsky and 1-Ya Yamskogo Polya Ulitsa, the new composition of street front and garden buildings form part of a multi-phased development sub-divided into three construction stages providing 50,000m\u00b2 of luxury apartments and residential lounge spaces with ground floor retail and flexible offices looking into the private garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
